I have had a cramp in my right bicep for two weeks now every now and again it radiates down my arm, it sort of feels as if my arm needs to click but its the muscle that is sore. should i make an appointment with my gp. it occurred while i was driving?

Arm cramp: The cause of this symptom could be an irritable biceps muscle or a nerve impingement somewhere in the neck or shoulder. Rather than a GP, I recommend being evaluated by an orthopedic specialist or neurologist so that appropriate tests will be ordered in order to make a diagnosis.
