Ive upper left abdominal pain at specific point since a month.it come and go.i can feel it while i press there and sleep toward left.my sonography is normal and no pylori or ulcer problem.doc said it will go away.but it comes!plz help.

Pain: Left upper quadrant pain can be from stomach, colon, kidney or spleen. Possibly some type of referred pain from back or even shingles. Sounds like you have had stomach evaluated and if ultrasound normal unlikely spleen or kidney problem. This leaves your colon.
