My ear gets plugged everytime my upper right abdomen hurts. what could cause both these symptoms? my doc thinks it's an ulcer. what else could it be?

Not related : Our current knowledge of anatomy, physiology and disease do not suggest there is a connection between your symptoms. Further, things that are related in time, are not necessarily related in terms of cause and effect. Having said that, there is a lot we don't know.

36 yr old male w/ pressure in upper abdomen right below the sternum. The ER doc said it could be a peptic ulcer. Taking Prilosec & galviscon. 1 wk later still pressure & feels better lying flat.

Can gallbladder pain in your back be triggered by your raising arms above your head and bending forward? Pain feels dull. No abdominal pain. Just belching/chest pressure. X-ray, CT, blood, urine, ulcer test-normal. GI doc ordered a HIDA scan?
