Sounds fine: A toddler who drank cow milk normally and fine before a minor respiratory illness, should be able to drink cow milk without unusual problems during or after the minor respiratory illness. Some people say milk is not good during colds or coughs. Haven't seen it happen to patients in real life. That said, some sick kids have more secretions with any type of meal.
