My 13 month old baby develops fever.after fever subsides sneezing and cough is the problem. what to do?can we give cows milk during cough

Comfort care: The available cough/cold preparations actually have little if any benefit to kids under 6 yrs. The do give you something to do & some thicken secretions making things worse.
