Upper respiratory: Your 1 mo old likely has an upper respiratory infection. Check her temperature- she needs to be seen by doctor or in urgent care if temperature is above 100.4 F. Okay to use normal saline drops 1-2 drops to each nares every 3-4 hours followed by a nasal bulb syringe to mobilize secretions. Mom to avoid decongestants to keep milk supply. Okay to continue breastfeeding.

My son is 3 months old and has been sick for a little over a week now. His symptoms include sneezing, sniffling, runny nose, and bloody mucous. He also doesn't sleep as much anymore and is constantly biting/sucking on his fingers.
