I work full time and study part time. i have exams coming up in a month but i am struggling very hard to focus when i come home in the evenings. can i use a low or medium dose of ritalin to help me concentrate? what would be suggested?

Not using a crutch: In the US you would go to jail for use of a controlled substance without proper authorization. If you need to concentrate get better sleep, proper nutrition & take scheduled breaks during study. Caffeine can help during the day but will interfere with sleep as would Ritalin if used after noon.
