May be birthmark: There are some "birthmarks" that emerge in the first few months on the skin surface.A common one is composed of a collection of dilated capillaries that appear at the nape of the neck. It is commonly called a storks kiss. It may fade some later or persist through life. His doc can confirm this. It has no health significance.
