My 15 month old son has red bumps on his face, tummy and back. it does not seem to bother him. he also had a fever up to 102 the last couple of days.

Roseola: Sounds like he may have roseola, otherwise known as "baby measles". He is at the prime age for this. The illness usually has a couple of days of fever. The fever then breaks as the rash develops. At that point the illness is remitting and since it is caused by a virus, no need for any medicines. If he continues with fever, then likely not roseola and should see doc to check for other illnesses.
