AC installed: Depending on how hot it is in that room, if you cannot distant yourself from the ac, then wrapping your head with a scarf or towel might come handy, also adjusting the setting on the ac might help.

Pernicious Winds: I agree w earlier response. You have created what is called "pernicious winds" in traditional chinese medicine. This is not healthy. It can cause increased muscle tension with headache. Encourage you to alter your room so that you don't have air conditioning or an vents directed at or near your head or neck.
