Left chest pain: Go see a doctor in person to do good physical exam, but vast majority of time in otherwise health 31 year old it has nothing to do with heart. Heart is not on left side of your chest (it is in center, substernal). Symptoms you indicated are almost always costochondritis (pain at junction between bony and cartilage part of ribs) , but in person visit and possible ECG not bad idea.
