Be safe: Hard for me to exclude dangerous problems, based upon your description. Included are cardiac ischemia, presentation of pulmonary embolism or pneumonia, aortic dissection, gastric or esophageal ulcer. Although cannot be fully confident in any of this, I think that the symptoms are compelling enough for an emergency room visit today, especially with worsening chest pain. Hope all gets reversed
