Sleep hygiene: This is challenging issue - I have worked graveyard shift. It's an actual diagnosis. Try melatonin, exercise at your lunch or before you start work (releases endorphins and can help you sleep). Go see Psychologist or Behavioral Health for Sleep Hygiene techniques. You might need medication to help you. Ultimate solution is obtain more regular schedule.
