31y/o female, left inferior clavicle lymph node swelled shortly after prevnar 13 vaccine. has remained swollen nearly 3 months. ultrasound revealed 1.4 cm normal/reactive lymph node. biopsy scheduled. can this just be adverse reaction?

Basics: It is not unusual for lymph nodes to swell after any vaccine. I would not necessarily call it an adverse event. The location of that node specifically & persistence over 3 months is unexpected & it is good they will biopsy it to show it is not something dangerous.
