I have a numb lip on one side it also extends to my chin. its not consistent it comes & goes but its every day. could this be numb chin syndrome? i also have tmj, swollen parotid, possible chordoma being monitored.

Could be: Could be from any of the causes you mentioned. Would suggest that you make sure both an Oral Surgeon and a Neurologist are part of your diagnostic team.
