Complex cyst ?'s: Any degree of complexity found on U/S of ovarian cysts should require a biopsy, as malignancies if discovered need immediate attention. Most even with ultrasound "complexities" are not malignant, and laparoscopic removal is definitive treatment. A simple "echo free" cyst can be left and will usually resolve spontaneously.
