No: There are always more than one option and even more than I can list here. Assuming your diagnosis is correct the options include: 1. Observation and management of pain. Await menopause 2. Medically induced menopause 3. Surgical removal of involved tubes and left ovary 4. Surgical removal of both tubes and ovaries 5. Hysterectomy:removal of uterus, tubes and ovaries. Always get a second opinion
