I was given propranolol to treat my essential tremor and i took my first pill today, but i am only 15. is it safe to take the drug at this age and what are the likelihood of me experiencing side affects such as hair loss of erectile dysfunction?

Safe, unlikely: These would be good questions to ask the doctor who prescribed it. It is safe at your age. Side effects increase at higher doses and the doses used to treat essential tremor tend to be relatively low so you are unlikely to have side effects, but if you do let your doctor know. The treatment should never be worse than the disease!
