Does trauma to the breast always result in fat necrosis? my therapist adjusted my back and leaned with her arm hard on my breast. it hurt but lasted only a few seconds. if necrosis does occur; is it distinguishable from carcinoma with biopsy or us?

Breast trauma ?'s : Breast trauma needs to be significant to produce necrosis. The necrosis is distinguishable from carcinoma by digital mammograms but U/S may just detect a breast mass which can be mimicked by actual necrosis.
