I had a biopsy a few years ago, now that breast is really hurting the pain goes to the back and feels like its coming from the heart! i also feel like it makes me gaseous when the pain is there! could it be breast cancer?

Cancer is unlikely, however, it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably you saw earlier and did the biopsy. Wish you good health!
