How do you know if your foot is broken or fractured its been 4 weeks and its getting worse ?

X-Ray ASAP: The only way to know for sure is to get an X-Ray! But if it getting worse after 4 weeks that makes me quite concerned it is a fracture and needs treatment. Please see your regular Dr. or go to an Urgent Care center soon.
