You need a doctor: Tough to tell if you've primarily got migraine headaches which are in the company of the other symptoms or the headaches are resulting from some primary GI problem or none of the above phenomenon. At 22 years of age, heart or stomach diseases are lower on my list of possibilities..But not off my radar totally. Bottom line is you really need to get a good workup by a doctor...And a nanny!
