Heartburn?: Hard to say without an exam but if heartburn is the issue- try taking an OTC PPI such as omeprazole- sometimes it works better than Nexium (esomeprazole) (for certain ppl). I would like if you saw a gastroenterologist to arrange a possible endoscopy.
