I have a sharp pain in my buttocks,center to be exact that starts from lower back then stays to center of my buttocks,where bowels come from.it stays in that part where it hurts when i move.any ideas?it last for couple hours.

Possible sacroiliac : You should be evaluated by a Pain medicine Physician. A detailed history along with a full examination, including some imaging studies should provide you a diagnosis. Sacroiliac pain (lumbago in the old days) is an often missed diagnosis of low back pain. It is actually not from your back but from the S/I joint. The differential diagnosis would also include pain coming from your spine facet joints
