Possible sacroiliac : You should be evaluated by a Pain medicine Physician. A detailed history along with a full examination, including some imaging studies should provide you a diagnosis. Sacroiliac pain (lumbago in the old days) is an often missed diagnosis of low back pain. It is actually not from your back but from the S/I joint. The differential diagnosis would also include pain coming from your spine facet joints
