See the doctor: Rashes are one of the most difficult to diagnose accurately without being see. It maybe eczema, contact dermatitis or something as benign as keratosis pilaris. If you want an answer, best thing to do is to see the doctor about it. In the mean time, ask him to keep skin moisturized, and not to have too warm a shower.
