The last lower rib on my back, right side hurts. constant dull to sharp pain. seems to be getting worse over time. is there a lymph node there, ideas?

Rib pain: Often just a twisted rib and not serious but sometimes a warning of something deeper. See you doc if a hot bath with epson salts added doesn't clear it up.

Rest: Usually slow progressing pain like this is arthritis or muscle spasms. You could have irritation of joint where rib meets spine. I would try antiinflammatories, rest, heat, and massage. If that doesn't work, talk to your pcp.
