I have lower right back pain every time i open my bowels. what can i do about this! bowel movements regular and soft so i have no idea.

Low back pain: Since your bowel movements are regular and soft,I assume that you're not straining at the time you have a BM. Nevertheless, if you don't experience this discomfort any other time, I suspect it is related to some bearing down during a BM. Such discomfort should be short lived. If back pain persists, I recommend an examination by a physician. Spine xrays may be recommended after the assessment.
