On 20mg adderall ir twice a day. take 1st dose at 7:30am. no issues with pulse or bp. quite good actually. avg 120/70 pls 65. 6 hours later i take second dose. pulse still good but bp jumps 20 systolic/10/diastolic. why good with 1st dose but not 2nd?
