Low diastolic BP: The diastolic pressure is quite low. Are you symptomatic, feeling light headaed, when yoiu stand up from sitting or recumbant. . Speak to your doctor about adjusting the dose.

No: Typically if your diatolic is 40 or less i will start getting concerned. As long as you do not have symptoms you can cont with current dose of toprol (metoprolol) with BP of 116/45 and hr of 55.
