Prescribed Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) 20mg x2 a day. Bp average 124/84 80 to 87 resting pulse. Recently pharmacy gave different generic (core) and had BP of 150/103 104 pulse. Should i worry? Or is this normal?
