Interactions: Technically, Ultram and Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) do have an interaction in that they can increase the risk of seizures, more so with higher doses of each. And Ultram and Klonopin can cause central nervous system depression (can make you extra sleepy and not know what you're doing) as well as respiratory depression (decrease you're breathing). So you might want to talk to your docs about these interactions.
