Toe pain: It is hard to be sure. But to be sure you can go to an urgent care clinic with Xrays or an emergency room.

Touch to outside of little toe feels awful,brings on burning pain, separating 4th and 5th with cotton ball makes touch ok. Sural nerve? Interdigital?
