Varies: Most of these are due to position in the womb prior to birth. After the kid is out of that confined space, the feet are free to attain their normal contour, although gentle manipulation can be used to speed the process. Most are watched for a few months as long as they are flexible. Few require any extra help and most of those are quite evident at birth.
