I've had body twiches for the past 9 months or so. started in my nose, then eye, now all over. just saw dr. and all labs were normal- wants me to see neuro. i am terrified of a mnd or something awful. i don't have weakness (yet?). could this be bfs?

Twitches: Glad you saw your doctor. Consider adding a clinical psychologist to your support team. He/she may utilize clinical hypnosis or something called "symptom prescription." You may have a health phobia manifesting in this fashion. Peace and good health.

Muscle twitching : Benign fasciculation syndrome, caffeine overuse, and Lyme disease come to mind. ALS usually causes forearm atrophy and twitching before it affects the face. You need an MRI of the brain. You need to get your best answer from a neurologist who sees you in person. Low potassium can be missed on lab tests but also causes fatigue
