Yes but not likley: Chest pain can be from heart but in your case this would be less likely given age. Other possibilities would be pulmonary embolus (blood clot in lung), this is usually with shortness of breath, but not always. Also esophogeal reflux/spasm. Also, musculoskeletal causes are the most common. If it gets worse, or doesn't go away, or is with shortness of breath, seek immediate help.

Do you : Have any pain or any mass during a self exam in front of a mirror? Any other symptoms associated? Constant? Any worsening with exercise or activities? A good history and physical needed. Look for medical attention soon.
