Misunderstanding: You misinterpreted the report. "Clinical indication" is not a test result or lab report; it is what your doctor put down as the reason for testing. The pap result did not find you were pregnant or report that result. The only important result is the abnormal pap result itself, i.e. the HSIL (not ISIL). Be sure to follow your doctor's advice about treatment and follow-up.
