I had 2 wisdom teeth removed about 36 hours ago. and right now i started shivering from a fever, probably. is there a probability of and infection or i shouldnt be worried about it?

Fever: First things first. Did you check your temperature? Are you swollen or have pain near the extraction sites? If you have a fever, it may or may not be related to your extractions. You can always give your oral surgeon a call for a follow up.

Shivering: Have you taken your temperature to check to see if you do in actuality have a fever. If so, may be due to infection, allergic response to antibiotic, or a coincidental but unrelated problem. Call the Dentist or Oral Surgeon that is treating you and report your symptoms.
