10yr old daughter has clear mucus like liquid leaking from her anus causes wet spots in panties.. shes not in pain; happens randomly a few times a day?

Doubt its anus: At her age I suspect it is just her body preparing for puberty/menses. Girls often have clear to straw colored stains in their undies for up to 6 mo before their first menses. If she has had nipple/breast enlargement this would be part of the sequence. When the anus drains it smells like poop. The nearby location can make it confusing.
