Hi. 7 days ago i had body pains and a high fever, i took an injection at the doctor and felt fine the next day. 7 days later i am now experiencing body pains again, i broke out into a high fever last night, and am fatigued?

Relapse: Relapse of a flu like viral infection is suspected. If so, antibiotics won't be effective. If you don't gradually improve with resting, taking adequate fluid intake and taking Tylenol, get reexamined for possible bacterial infection with attention to lungs and urinary tract. However, at this time a flu like virus is more likely. Don't hesitate to see your MD if you worsen.
