No reason to panic: This is commonly due to a simple issue. Retained toilet tissue, inadequate local care, etc. Sometimes a simple flush of the area in a warm tub of clean water will remove any retained debris that triggers the reaction.

Details matter...: Details are important. There may be an over-the-counter treatment option to treat a discharge, as well as a prescription-only option. Of course, it depends on where the discharge is coming from, and what is causing it. One's primary care doctor can help determine that. A discharge can come from places such as the eye, nose, ear, urethra, vagina, anus, etc...
