Yeast? BV?: I'm wondering whether your doctor is familiar with bacterial vaginosis (overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria, the main cause of discharge with strong odor. Yeast rarely causes odor and little discharge. But it's possible to have both. Check back with your doctor or get a second opinion. Have STD testing if not done: trichomonas mimic BV sympotms, and BV increases risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia.
