Bacterial infection: Most likely an overgrowth of normal bacteria in vagina Gardnerella. Can try OTC Vagusil to acidify the vaginal tract or vinegar and water douche. If this doesn't help will need RX for Clindamycin or metronidazole in pill or vaginal cream form.
