I got an allergy blood test for chicken. it said i do not have an allergy to chicken anymore. is the test accurate? can i start eating chicken again?

Need more info: What made you think that you had allergy to chicken? It would be prudent to talk to the doctor who ordered the test. Once you clear it with her/him you could try a very small amount of chicken. Keep an Epipen handy, in case you get anaphylactic reaction. Preferably do the challenge of eating in your doc's office.
