The : The best test is a food challenge. You have past that by eating eggs witthout an issue. Unless you plan on eating raw eggs there should be no issue.

If : If you say you allergic to eggs, i assume that the allergy test showed reaction to egg proteins on skin tests. Skin tests reaction alone does not mean much if you have not obvious reaction when you egg. If blood allergy test known as rast showed positive results, the high numbers do matter. You may not develop an acute reaction, which you call obvious reaction, but may result in worsening of skin conditions such as eczema. You may consult your physician. Powlin v. Manuel md, mba, ms.

It : It is common to have false positive tests to food allergens. Some people can tolerate eggs in baked goods yet still have symptoms with eating plain eggs. Was the egg blood test part of a screening panel? Did you have a concern about an egg reaction prior to testing?
