Not very accurate: There are no double blind studies to show accuracy. The best test is feeding test where a food is eliminated for about 1 week and then reintroduced to see if it causes symptoms. Never test a food that has or you may suspect that it may be a cause for anaphylactic or severe reaction including angioedema.
