See ENT: Sometimes panic attack can account for your symptoms when nothing abnormal has been found. Suggest that you consult an ENT to check out your throat preferably at a time when you have the throat tightening symptoms. Are you anxious most of the time? If so, treating the anxiety may well be the best option.
