My baby has had a fever for 3 days i gave fever reducer each day what do i do she is still very hot what do i do?

Expected pattern: A child with a fever producing illness will run that fever in some pattern until the illness is gone.This would seldom be less than a few days. Acetaminophen is expected to suppress the fever by a degree or so while it is in the system, but it does not "fix" the illness. If the kid fails to drink well enough to void every 6 hours, refuses to play, or other bothersome symptoms, have it evaluated.
