i've felt nauseated the past week straight but not gotten sick, i know im not constipated but i've not thrown up, what could be wrong?

Need more info: Nausea has many causes. Are you pregnant? If it persists, see your primary care doctor. Also add any associated symptoms to your question and it may be easier to provide useful advice.
