Go to the ER: You need to go the the er. Blood in the stomach will give the coffee ground look and blood that goes through the bowels will come out black. You are probably bleeding internally so get to the er now.

Nausea, dark stools,: Sounds like you have a disorder with your stomach. Most likely either inflammation of the lining ( gastritis) or an ulcer. You should see your physician. An upper endoscopy will probably be ordered. In the meantime stop any alcohol, Aspirin or anti-inflammatory medication intake and start over the counter pepsid, Prilosec or Zantac (ranitidine)
