For about 10 days i've had a pulsating on the left side of my stomach. for the first 5 days, it was mostly continuous. now i see it eases up after a full bowel movement, but also might act up about an hour after i've eaten?

Intestinal contractions may be observed but don't have a rhythmic pattern. Check your pulse at the wrist or in your neck and see if what you observe is the aorta in your abdomen pulsating.
